What a great experience at Langley Chrysler. Lucy and Matt both took such good care of us, almost as if we were family. They both made the process of buying my new Jeep flawless. It was the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership, with no headaches, and on a Saturday at that. The confetti cannon they let you shoot off when you’ve signed makes the fact you just bought a new vehicle even more exciting! Great relaxed experience. I felt Langley Chrysler had our interests at heart. We met Guri Rai and we’re very comfortable talking with him about our needs. We were introduced to sales manager JP DeClerck and he spent so much time with us going over options and making the process smooth. Lastly, we met with Jen Wernicz in finance at the end of the day. She tied everything up so nicely and we never get any stress or pressure to buy a vehicle. We were able to pick what we wanted and left at the end of the day, very satisfied. I must also add that when I phoned back to get a cover out on the truck, I dealt withNeelam Rai who answered all my questions and arranged for a rental car for me so I didn’t have to sit around. It’s so nice that she is empowered to make decisions without being out on hold. Great experience.
